Over the years a growing fascination with the wines and spirits of the world prompted Thomas to pursue a career in the world of wine. To this end he completed the Intensive Sommelier Training Program at the International Culinary Center in New York, and has a level 3 WSET certification in wine. He is equally passionate about learning as much as possible, and distilling that information down to share with anyone who is interested.
