HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOM BASKET?
Creating the basket of your dreams couldn’t be easier with Gary’s Wine. Follow these three simple steps:
1) Add the “Build a Basket” item to your cart.
2) Add any other items to your cart that you’d like included! Our gifting experts strongly recommend a maximum of 6 bottles (750ml wine or spirit) and 6-8 snacks or gourmet items.
3) Check out – once all items, including the “Build a Basket” are in your cart, you can check out with the fulfillment method you prefer.
WHAT IS THE "BUILD BASKET" ITEM?
The “Build a Basket” item is how your beautiful basket will be created! In order for your basket to be created, you must add this item to your cart and order. The cost includes the materials and work involved to create your one-of-a-kind gift.
CAN REFRIGERATED ITEMS BE INCLUDED IN MY BASKET?
Yes! You can choose from our extensive list of artisanal cheeses, meats, and other refrigerated gourmet items. If you are shipping the basket, you’ll need to select overnight shipping to ensure the products do not go bad in transit.
CAN I SHIP MY BASKET?
Yes! You can view our shipping policies here. Overnight shipping is required if your basket has any refrigerated products.
CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY BASKET?
Yes! Simply click “Make this a gift” at checkout to include your recipient information and gift note.
HOW BIG ARE THE BASKETS?
This depends on how many items and which items you select. Our gifting team will select the correct sized gift box and hand wrap your items.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I INCLUDE IN MY BASKET?
Our gifting experts strongly recommend a maximum of 6 bottles (750ml wine or spirit) and 6-8 snacks or gourmet items. If you happen to include too many items, our team will contact you to adjust your order to ensure you receive the best custom gift basket possible!
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE/SEND MY BASKET?
All Custom Gift Baskets require 72 hours lead time to create, particularly during the peak holiday season.
