We accept returns for all shipments sent within the United States.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Both new and used products can be returned. Used products are eligible for return only if defective.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.
2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we're happy to assist you with a return.

3. Customer Remorse

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product due to customer remorse, please visit our website and download/print a return label to initiate the return process.
4. Cost of Return

There is no restocking fee for any return.
The cost of returning defective products or products returned due to customer remorse will be covered by Gary's Wine & Marketplace.
5. Refund Policy

All eligible returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, with the currency being USD. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
