Greetings Pinot Gris

Tasting Note:
Take a journey through time with Greetings Willamette Valley Pinot Gris. This wine is like a dear old friend who never ceases to amaze you with their exciting new stories. With its vibrant, clean, and balanced taste, it knows exactly where it’s headed. Despite facing challenges during the 2022 vintage, this hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed wine was fermented around 58 degrees, resulting in a delicious flavor profile. The warm temperatures and extra weeks of hang time gave it a unique character that will have you coming back for more.

Greetings Pinot Noir

Tasting Note:
Greetings Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a hand-crafted wine with red plums, spice, ripe strawberries, black currants, and a long finish. All grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted, with 20 days of skin contact and 100% malolactic fermentation over five months. The wine was aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Enjoy this wine on a winding journey with a good friend.

Greetings Rose

Tasting Note:
Indulge in a journey of flavors with every sip of Greetings Rosé. This premium wine from Willamette Valley boasts a flawless blend of soft berries, spontaneity, and subtle layers of confidence, all culminating in a bright, crisp finish. Hand-harvested and sorted in small lots, each bottle offers a unique experience that is sure to delight the senses.

Greetings Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Note:
Greetings Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and unexpected wine that offers a fresh perspective on the varietal. With voluptuous fruit and texture, this wine is worth the detour and the pause. Made with all-natural production and aged in French oak barrels, don’t be fooled by its label – this is not your typical Cabernet. From the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, which is among Washington’s warmer growing regions, this wine is ideal for those who want to lean in and experience juicy, wild, delicious freedom.

Greetings Merlot

Tasting Note:
Columbia Valley Merlot: Unexpected voluptuous fruit and texture, all-natural production, small-lots, just enough oak for interest on the palate. Vintage 2019: Unusual growing season, delayed pruning, but growers and winemakers excited for the wines produced. Robust and concentrated flavors from volcanic, well-drained, sandy loam soils with intense color, flavor, and structure.
