PIÑA COLADA

A tropical blend of rich coconut cream, white rum and tangy pineapple – serve with an umbrella for kitsch appeal

INGREDIENTS

200ml pineapple juice

40ml rum

60ml coconut cream

40ml heavy cream

cherry or wedge of pineapple, to garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and use a cherry and fresh pineapple for a garnish.
