Gundlach Bundschu Mountain Cuvee

A Bordeaux-inspired red that blends Merlot, Cabernet and affordability into a highly drinkable wine that's appreciated by the contemplative connoisseur and the casual imbiber. The 2019 vintage is a plush and full-bodied version of our Mountain Cuvee with assertive structure complimented by a delicate fresh red fruit character. You'll notice aromas of Red Earth, Dragon Fruit, and Goji berries followed by flavors of chocolate-covered cherries, crème de cassis and strawberry preserves. Balanced, robust and smooth, this wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with wood-fired pizza, backyard burgers or a myriad of cuisines.

Blend: 41% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc
