Please note that in order for our team to make any changes to your subscription we need to be contacted via email at email@example.com by 72 hours prior to the end of the quarter so we can ensure to update your subscription before we begin fulfilling your next shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WINE?
Wine ships every quarter at the beginning of the quarter (January, April, July, October). Upon signing up for a Gary’s Wine Club, you will receive your first shipment the first month of the next quarter (ex: signing up for the club in May, you will receive your first box of wine in July). All Wine Club shipments are sent out within the first two weeks of the quarter.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WINE CLUB?
Yes! We are excited to offer customization for both the Sommelier Society and the Connoisseur Club. When signing up, you will be able to select either all red wine, all white wine, or a mix of both. Need to change your customization? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is included in all Wine Club subscriptions – enjoy free shipping on us!
HOW ARE THE WINES SELECTED?
For every Gary’s Wine Club, each wine is hand selected by Gary’s expert wine team tailored specifically to create a unique and delicious experience in every box!
CAN I PICK UP MY WINE CLUB?
Both the Sommelier Society and the Connoisseur club are available for shipping or pick up/local delivery from our NJ stores. The Napa Valley Select club is available for shipping or pick up from our St. Helena store.
HOW LONG DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION LAST?
Your subscription will continue until you need to cancel! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org 72 hours prior to the next quarter and we will cancel your subscription.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Processing for wine clubs takes place on the first day of each quarter (1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1). To cancel your subscription, please contact email@example.com by 72 hours prior to the corresponding date for your quarter.
