Firriato 'Le Sabbie dell'Etna' Etna Bianco DOC

Federico Lombardo di Monte Iato, Marketing & Communications Manager of Firriato, tells us about Le Sabbie dell’Etna Bianco, a symbol of the freshness and minerality of the Volcano.
It is a white wine from a blend of Carricante (about 90%) and Catarratto (10%), the two native white grape varieties of Etna grown within the districts owned by Firriato.
THE WINE IN 3 WORDS: Fresh, mineral, volcanic.
Le Sabbie dell’Etna Bianco is a wine that is fully part of Firriato’s history. A pioneering label in the enology of the Volcano, it symbolizes the dynamism of the highest volcano in Europe in a glass. The volcano, stylized on the label, testifies to the attachment of this wine to its terroir of origin.
