Harvesting: Handpicked at optimal ripeness for balance between fruit and acidity.
Fermentation: Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel tanks for 12 months, allowing the wine to maintain freshness and focus.
